Being an engineer was the dream of a little boy who, after seeing the movie Iron Man for the first time, said to himself, “I want my own flying armor too.” Ultimately, this little guy is closer to being able to build a Jarvis than a 110 kg knight’s armor.
During my school days, I tried sports, science, music and what not — but I kind of just yearned to learn more, yearned to learn something different. Then I joined college and I learn the only thing that matter the most, being able learning by himself.
At the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018, I was starting engineering school. It was around that time that I saw a DeepMind video for the first time, featuring their program AlphaGo. That was my “Aha” moment — I knew I had to work in AI.
And that’s exactly what happened since I clicked on my first
Python tutorial video.
Even though I’m still early in my career, I’m already developing a strong grasp of the subject. More importantly, I love keeping up with everything happening in the field, and I hope my passion will resonate with you.
If there’s one thing I know and truly enjoy, it’s going back to the basics
— always the basics. In today’s fast-paced work environment, it’s easy to believe
that we have mastered them, which is exactly why I created this blog.
So don’t be surprised if, from time to time, you find topics here that
may seem obvious or “already known.”
But to me, that’s the point:
it’s easy to assume our foundations are unshakable, yet when we slow
down and really look, we often realize they aren’t as solid as we thought.
From everything I’ve written above, one might think that my life revolves only around computer science. But that’s absolutely not the case. I’m also a great lover of music, cinema, literature, and drawing in the broadest sense — basically, I enjoy anything related to the arts. I’m also an avid practitioner of sports of all kinds. And I’m always open to meeting new people who share a genuine passion for what they do !
